Introduction

Lao Skyway (LK) is a low cost carrier airline flying to domestic routes. The airline provides the passenger with a cabin baggage allowance of 5 kg and maximum dimension of 48 cm × 36 cm × 20 cm (L x W x H). The passengers flying domestic routes with Lao Skyway will get checked baggage allowance of 10 kg. Passengers can start checking in at the airport 120 minutes before the departure time. The airline does not provide online check in services.

History

The airline was first founded in 2002. Across the years, Lao Skyway strives to satisfy more customers through the services it provides. This airline started its operation on 14-04-2007. The milestone that has been reached by the airline is Lao Air was established on 24 January 2002, as a helicopter charter service company,and on 14 April 2007, it started to operate regular scheduled services .

Flight Attendant

Lao Skyway cabin crew wears a uniform in red. For male flight attendants, they wear white long shirt with red suit and red tie with black trousers. For female flight attendants, they wear red blouse with red skirt. The design itself has been perfectly laid out, making the crew look more dashing.

Cabin Baggage

Passengers of Lao Skyway are given a cabin baggage allowance included in their flight tickets. The max weight of the luggage is 5 kg, and the max size of the luggage put in the overhead cabin is 48 cm × 36 cm × 20 cm (L x W x H).

Checked Baggage

Passengers on domestic route have 10 kg free checked baggage allowance, but passengers flying international flights do not get free checked baggage allowance.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the Lao Skyway check-in counters 120 minutes prior to the flight departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

This service is not available for passengers flying with Lao Skyway.

App Check-in
