The airline flies to destination cities all over the world with its main hub located in Asturias Airport (OVD). Volotea S.L. is the owner of the trade name Volotea. The company is lead by the CEO, Carlos Muñoz. The head office for the airline is located in Spain.

History

Volotea which operates with IATA code (V7) and ICAO code (VOE) was established in 2011. The airline runs under the management of Volotea S.L.. Throughout its journey, Volotea has grown remarkably and keep providing a trustworthy service for their passengers. This airline was first commenced on 05-04-2012. Nowadays, the airline has successfully reached Volotea has carried more than 30 million passengers since its first flight in April 2012, and more than 7.6 million in 2019,Volotea have a total of 35 Airbus aircrafts: 20 A319 and 15 A320,Volotea currently operates from 17 bases,In 2020, Volotea opened 53 new routes, increasing its total to 354 between 96 small and medium cities in 15 countries,Volotea currently has 1,450 employees.

Flight Attendant

Volotea cabin crew wears a uniform that is dominated by red and maroon. For male flight attendants, they wear white long sleeve with maroon suit and brown tie with maroon trousers. For female flight attendants, they wear white shirt with red suit and colorful scarf and maroon skirt. The design itself has been perfectly laid out, that makes it easier for the crew to move around the cabin while providing passengers’ needs.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the Volotea check-in counters 180 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Volotea does not provide kiosk check in services for the passengers.

App Check-in
