The airline serves flights to destinations all over the world with its main hub located in Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (DAC). Novoair operates under NOVOAIR Limited. The company is lead by the CEO, Fayzur Rahman Badal. The head office for the airline is located in Bangladesh.

History

Novoair operating with IATA code (VQ) and ICAO code (NVQ) was first founded in 2007. The airline is operated under NOVOAIR Limited. Over time, Novoair has grown steadily and continues to offer a trustworthy service for their passengers. This airline was first commenced on 09-01-2013. Novoair has been awarded Bangladesh Best Domestic Airline. Nowadays, the airline has succeeded in obtaining on 9 January 2020, the airline had operated 61,599 flights to domestic destinations and its only international destination, Kolkata, carrying more than 3.33 million passengers.

Flight Attendant

Novoair cabin crew wears a uniform that is dominated by blue and yellow. For male flight attendants, they wear blue vest and white long sleeve with blue trousers. For female flight attendants, they wear blue suit with yellow long sleeve and patterned yellow scarf with blue trousers. Besides a perfectly made uniform, Novoair cabin crew have earned a great reputation for its excellent flight services and safety quality.

Airport Check-in

Airport check in can be done in the Novoair check-in counters 180 minutes prior to the flight departure time. You are advised to check in at least one and a half hours before the check in and baggage drop counter at the airport closes.

Novoair does not support kiosk check in services for the passengers.

The international route ticket fare includes checked baggage allowance of 20 kg while the domestic route flight ticket fare also includes free checked baggage allowance of 20 kg.
