Airpaz will help requesting the credit account to AirAsia. The approval and amount of credit account depend on AirAsia.
Please provide us a BIG ID number belongs to one of the passenger (same name) and upload a copy of the related passenger's passport or ID card.

After completing the registration, login at www.airasia.com to see your BIG ID number.
Commonly, credit Account valids up to 1 year and you can use the credit to re-purchase a new flight ticket at AirAsia.com. Refund process takes around 1-3 months. Nevertheless, the duration of process will depend on the airline.
