History

TAAG Angola Airlines operating with IATA (DT) and ICAO (DTA) was first established in 1938. The airline is operated under TAAG Angola Airlines E.P.. During the year of its establishment, TAAG Angola Airlines continues to develop its business by maintaining a worthwhile and enjoyable service for their loyal customers. This airline started its operation on 17-07-1940. The first ever flight route was Luanda (LAD) - Namibe (MSZ) using De Havilland Dragon Rapide.
